Jeff Crispen is responsible for all financial, operational and compliance related matters.

Previously Jeff served in various senior financial and operational roles at MPM BioImpact (a leading biotechnology investment firm), Cambridge Square Capital, a relative-value volatility arbitrage hedge fund he helped launch in 2016, and Feingold O’Keeffe Capital (later sold to NewStar Financial), a Boston-based multi- product alternative credit manager.

Jeff began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, later joining the Cayman Islands office of Ernst & Young before finishing his public accounting career at Deloitte.

Jeff earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and is a CPA (inactive).
