Theodore (“T.J.”) Weber founded Joule based on his 30 years of experience in the nuclear fuel industry.

Previously T.J. was with ITOCHU, where he was vice-president of the Nuclear Fuel Department. In this position, he led a team of nuclear fuel traders with one of the largest uranium books in the world. Prior to ITOCHU, T.J. held key roles in technology development, operations, corporate development, and marketing & sales at Centrus Energy.

T.J. has a Nuclear Engineering degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Johns Hopkins.
