Jeff Crispen is responsible for all financial, operational and compliance related matters. Previously Jeff served in various senior financial and operational roles at MPM BioImpact (a leading biotechnology investment firm), Cambridge Square Capital, a relative-value volatility arbitrage hedge fund he helped launch in 2016, and Feingold O’Keeffe Capital (later sold to NewStar Financial), a Boston-based multi- product alternative credit manager. Jeff began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, later joining the Cayman Islands office of Ernst & Young before finishing his public accounting career at Deloitte. Jeff earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and is a CPA (inactive).
Theodore (“T.J.”) Weber founded Joule based on his 30 years of experience in the nuclear fuel industry. Previously T.J. was with ITOCHU, where he was vice-president of the Nuclear Fuel Department. In this position, he led a team of nuclear fuel traders with one of the largest uranium books in the world. Prior to ITOCHU, T.J. held key roles in technology development, operations, corporate development, and marketing & sales at Centrus Energy. T.J. has a Nuclear Engineering degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Johns Hopkins.
